Logistic Planning Solutions sp. z o.o.

The purpose of Logistic Planning Solutions (LPS) is to conduct project management activities. The primary intention is to participate in the implementation of key and strategic investments in Poland, including the Central Communication Port, transmission infrastructure (gas and electricity), rail and road infrastructure by:

• Education and dissemination of modern planning methods among all project participants, including contractors and subcontractors, suppliers, operators, etc.
• Popularization of global IT solutions in the above-mentioned area, as well as arbitration and negotiation to reduce the duration of potential contractor disputes,
  adaptation of proven project management methods to the specifics of the Polish market, including the development of a manual of good principles of conduct (so-called Project Manual Guide).
• Achieving the company’s strategic goals will be realized through educational, publishing and consulting activities.

The competencies of Logistic Planning Solutions are based on high-level experienced specialists with international experience, expert management and planning court experts, and the scientific staff of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow.
